This commitment reflects the company's long-term strategic pursuit of continuous and sustainable safety and risk control performance improvement. In short, the company's safety vision is to create and maintain a safe workplace where no one gets hurt. 

为此，WEEBEE制定了一系列独特的工作场所安全程序： 

• 人机工程（靶向暴露控制）流程旨在降低搬运、运送等作业中，人员因暴露于人机工程风险而导致肌肉骨骼伤病的发生率。 

• 安全步骤（滑倒、绊倒消除程序）致力于防止滑倒、绊倒和坠落，这些是致使 保洁员工受伤的常见因素。 

• 公司专有的 5S 流程（整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养），用于整治工作场所的杂乱现象，改善场地环境。 

To this end, WEEBEE has developed a unique set of workplace safety procedures:

 • The Ergonomics (Targeted Exposure Control) process is designed to reduce the incidence of musculoskeletal injuries and illnesses caused by exposure of personnel to ergonomic risks in operations such as lifting and transportation.

 • Safety Steps (Slip and Trip Elimination Program) works to prevent slips, trips, and falls, which are common factors in injuries to janitorial employees. 

• WEEBEE's proprietary 5S process (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) is used to eliminate clutter in the workplace and improve the environment of the premises.
