We can respond to customers' needs within 30 minutes at the earliest, and solve problems for customers at the first time. Specific services include: accepting repair reports by phone / WeChat from 9:00 to 21:00 every day, 365 days a year; following up on the progress of repairs; maintaining the basic information of the store; conducting satisfaction surveys and feedback; and providing daily feedback on the status of repairs.
